Aloha Jennie,
Thank you again for taking the time to meet with me — I truly appreciate it. I enjoyed our conversation and the opportunity to share more about what we’re building.
I wanted to briefly explain our immersive storytelling concept a bit more clearly. With each box, we don’t just include products — we connect guests to the people and stories behind them. Through vendor story cards and a QR experience, guests can scan and watch short videos or read about the artisans, the cultural background, and the inspiration behind each item. It transforms the box from a simple gift into a meaningful extension of the Hawai‘i experience — something they can engage with on property and continue to connect with once they return home.
Our normal script is more straightforward and product-focused. It highlights that the items are locally made, curated thoughtfully, and available for purchase or shipping directly from the hotel location. It speaks to convenience, quality, and supporting local businesses.
The immersive version goes deeper emotionally — focusing on connection, culture, and the feeling that Hawai‘i stays with you, rather than just listing what’s inside the box.
I’d love to continue refining this in a way that aligns beautifully with your property and guest experience.
Mahalo again,
Stefano
