Due to the personalized and curated nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, if you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you may request a return within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery by contacting us and providing photographic evidence. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our sole discretion.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or shipped in error.
We reserve the right to evaluate refund and replacement requests on a case-by-case basis. Products that have been used, opened, or are no longer in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
