Due to the curated nature of our gift boxes, all sales are considered final. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within seven (7) days of receiving your order, including photographic evidence of the issue. Once your claim has been reviewed, we may issue a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
